Shipping & Refunds
RETURNS
We want you to absolutely love your ŌPIO LOA piece — but if it’s not quite right, we offer full cash refunds or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your returned item.
OUR POLICY
We accept returns based on the following conditions:
• The item must have been purchased through our online store.
• The return or exchange request must be made within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in their original condition suitable for resale. We cannot accept returns on worn, laundered, or damaged items.
• All returns are subject to inspection. If an item doesn’t meet our return standards, we may send it back to you.
• Customers are responsible for returning items via reliable and trackable delivery. We are not liable for lost returns and cannot process refunds in such cases.
• Custom orders or items that have been altered (e.g. resized or adjusted) are not eligible for returns.
• If your item is defective or damaged upon arrival, we’ll gladly replace it or offer a full refund at no cost to you. We’ll arrange collection through our couriers. If the item is out of stock, we’ll offer you a full refund or store credit — your choice.
• For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds on earrings, socks, hosiery, hair accessories, or swimwear.
• Unfortunately, we are unable to process returns for international orders due to customs charges and associated costs.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM
1. Email us at info@opioloa.com to notify us of your return and briefly let us know the reason (we always appreciate feedback!).
2. Package your item securely, including original tags, bags, and your name. Send it to:

Customers often use PostNet to PostNet (overnight, approx. R109 — send to ŌPIO LOA, Shop 11, Kamogelo Tourism Centre, Hoedspruit, 1380 but Courier Guy, and others are also reliable.
If tags or bags are missing, a small fee may be deducted from your refund.
3. Once we receive your return in good condition, we’ll get in touch to confirm your preferred resolution.
For refunds, we’ll request your bank details. Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to reflect — often sooner.
EXCHANGES
Ordered the wrong size, color, or print? No problem! We’ll gladly exchange your item based on availability. Follow the same return steps above and indicate you’d prefer an exchange or store credit instead of a cash refund.
Once we receive your return in its original condition, we’ll get your exchange or credit processed.
PROMOTION & DISCOUNT CODES
Items purchased using a discount code or during promotional periods (including Black Friday) are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges.
SALE ITEMS
We do not offer refunds or store credit for sale items. However, exchanges for sizing may be accepted depending on stock availability.
